I’m excited to announce the launch of my new practice under the MDVIP model, which is a membership-based approach to healthcare. The MDVIP Annual Wellness Program includes advanced diagnostic testing and an individualized wellness plan, along with the convenience of being in-network with your insurance. MDVIP membership does not replace your insurance; rather, it enhances your experience with same or next-day appointments and 24/7 access to me via text, email, or phone. This model truly offers the best of both worlds!
Any visits outside of the annual wellness program will be billed to your insurance, just as they would in a traditional practice. I’ve already received a fantastic response from many of you, and I want to share that I will be capping my patient number at 400 to ensure I can provide the best care possible. My new office number is 720-973-2353, and we are ready to start scheduling appointments at the Golden location until the permanent clinic in Lakewood is completed early spring 2025. Cost is $2200 per member per year and there is no additional fee for dependents under the age of 26 years! Keeping the family in my family practice!
The membership fee is HSA/FSA eligible expense and can be pain quarterly, bi-annual or one lump sum.
